About us

Dave (Pounds)

Dave came to the tools after a career in project management, consulting for the likes of Lloyds, Jaguar Land Rover and Volkswagen. Much the same habits, on smaller sites — a plan, a date, and a phone that gets answered. Season ticket holder at Leeds United, and fond of anything proper.

Richard (Fahey)

Richard runs RJF Property Maintenance out of Broughton Astley. Family man, Leicester City fan, glass of wine at the end of the day. Powered on-site by 1980s hits at volume — you'll hear his van before you see it.

I have used Dave for a variety of repair jobs over the past year. He is true to his word, keeping appointments, honouring quotes, and very pleasant to have around.
